1.
Store Keeper – 1
*RECEIVING MATERIAL:
Receives and
inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase
orders
Packing list; processes and distributes
documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents
and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
*RECORDING:
Receives and stores documents and
confidential files; maintains record of approved document
and confidential file destruction. Maintains the warehouse,
records area and stores area in a neat and orderly
manner.
*ISSUE OF MATERIAL:
The store keeper issues the
material as per the requisition of the sales Dept / Sales
manager.
When store keeper received requisition he has to
issue/ deliver material from the store by coordinate
with loading unloading staffs.
*ISSUING PURCHASING REQUISITION:
When the stock reaches at ordering
level the store keeper sends purchase requisition to the
purchasing department for the fresh purchase of the
materials. Accordingly, the purchasing departments
purchases materials as per quantity and quality stated
there in.
*SUPERVISION:
The store keeper must be
coordinate and supervise the duty of the staff under his
control. As he is the head of the store department, he
manages the entire department.
* EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience
as store
keeper in Ceramic & Porcelain tiles
Warehouses.
*LANGUAGE:
Should be fluent in English Read,
Write & Speak
Arabic speaking and previous experience in gulf is a
plus.
*AGE:
MINIMUM – 30 years old
MAXIMUM – 40 years old
Physically strong and
healthy.

Tiles Fixer- 4

Job:
Does Tiling work in the field of
Industrial, Commercial
and Residential building construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Responsible for knowing and
complying with the company’s safety rules and
regulations.
2.
Responsible for maintaining and
protecting properties, tools and equipment assigned for his
use.
3.
Does Tiling works like setting
out, fixing floor & wall Tiles, fixing fittings, joint
finishing, grouting and using of adhesives etc.
4.
Performs housekeeping
activities.
5.
Performs duties as assigned by
Lead man/Fore man
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of (10)
years’ experience in Industrial, Commercial and
Residential building Tiling works.
Middle East experience is
preferable.
Can work with less supervision and
under pressure.
LANGUAGE: Should be fluent in English.
Arabic speaking
is a plus.
AGE: MINIMUM – 25 years old
MAXIMUM – 40 years old
Physically strong and
healthy.
3.
House Driver – 1
Good mannered and pleasing
personality.
Should have valid driving
license.
Minimum 8 years of experience as
House driver.
Previous Experience is Saudi is
preferable.
Education – High school or
above
LANGUAGE: Should be fluent in
English.
Physically strong and
healthy.
AGE: MINIMUM – 30 years old
MAXIMUM – 40 years old
4.
House Maid- 1
Good mannered and pleasing
personality.
Should have experience in
housekeeping and kitchen
Education – High school or
above
LANGUAGE: Should be fluent in English.
Physically strong and
healthy.
AGE: MINIMUM – 30 years old
MAXIMUM – 40 years old
