Responsible for the overall operations of the store which includes effective implementation of customer service, merchandise display, personnel management and inventory control. She must possess strong leadership skills to effectively direct a team of store personnel. With at least 3 years experience in store management.
ASST. STORE MANAGERS / DEPT.HEAD
Directly reporting to the Store Manager, assists the Store Manager in implementing excellent customer service and merchandise presentation. Must posses strong leadership skills, can effectively lead a team of store personnel willing to work long hours and shifting schedule. Experience in customer service-oriented companies like retail stores/ fastfood operations can be an advantage.
Assists the Store Manager in the overall maintenance and housekeeping of the store including the effective implementation of security and loss prevention procedures, ensures the proper receiving of merchandise deliveries.
Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course. Preferably with Experience in a service-oriented Company. Responsible for the accounting of all cash collections and remittances. Prepares and submits also Daily Deposit Reports, petty cash replenishment, and Cashier’s Accountability Report (CAR). Acts as custodian of Gift Certificates and monitors efficiently Guarantor Gift Certificate (GGC).
Responsible for the conceptualization and proposal of departmental improvements of stores including the checking and improvement of the display of merchandise in the departments. Coordinates also with suppliers making sure that the agreed specifications are met.
Graduate of Fine Arts and Designs or Interior Design or other related Courses. At least 1 Year Experience in a service-oriented Company
RECEIVING SUPERVISOR/ RECEIVER
Responsible for the proper handling of merchandise to avoid damage and spoilage and that, proper measures are taken to prevent pilferage and shrinkage. Also ensures the accuracy in the documentation of all merchandise on hand.
Good knowledge and understanding of receiving and proper storage of merchandise.
Graduate of any business related courses. Computer literate, systematic organized and knows records keeping management.
Female, at least 2nd year college not over 25 years old. Knows how to render good customer service. With pleasing personality, fast learner, hardworking and with good moral character.
Male/Female, at least High School graduate, not over 25 years old. Can render excellent customer service. Must have pleasing personality, fast learner, hardworking and with good moral character.
