Digital Animators

Overview:

Animators produce images that appear to come to life on screen. Their work is found in feature films, commercials, pop videos, computer games, websites and other media. They may work with drawings, specialist software or models and puppets, capturing separate images of each stage of a movement. When the images are viewed at speed the character appears to move.

Skills/Attributes Required:
-Creative and artistic
-Excellent IT skills
-Patient and able to concentrate for long periods
-Interested in art and design
-Keen to details
-observant and understands how people move and express emotions
-Has good communication and negotiation skills
-Has good organizational skills
-Original and inventive
-Works well as part of a team and is able to take direction from senior animators, directors and clients
-Able to follow a brief and work on own initiative
-Takes criticism well
-Works well under pressure and to strict deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Completed at least 2 years in College
-With skills in animation tool(Preferably FLASH, After Effects; having Maya Skills is an advantage)

Customer Service Associates

Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-At least 2nd year in College
-Good conflict training, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills
-Quick and accurate typing skills.
Able to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds
-Multi-tasking skills with an ability to meet established deadlines
-Willing to tackle any relevant customer service training
-Should be calm and patient
-With atleast 6 months experience in a BPO industry or any related field


Web Applications Developer

Duties and Responsibilities:

The role involves supporting the ongoing development of websites and managing the development of custom web applications from initial specification to final release to users/clients. The Web Application Developer will also be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance as may be required.

Skills/Attribute Required:
-Support and maintain websites (public service & corporate)
-Design, implement, and maintain web-based applications for business use
-Develop and test custom applications/scripts and database structures
-Assist in analysing and developing requirements for business applications
-Provide technical advice and guidance on the Board's current platform technologies
-Provide specialized user support to website content creators
-Should have proven Web and database development experience
-Should be knowledgeable in HTML 5, IPhone and Android applications Development, cloud Computing, CSS, JAVA; database Management System is an advantage

Qualifications:
-Completed at least 2 years in college
-Awareness and knowledge of Web accessibility/usability issues
-Proactive, with a capability on working on own initiative and as part of a team
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
-An enthusiasm for software development and emerging technologies
