BPI Globe BankO, A Savings Bank, Inc, a shared venture between Bank of the Philippine Islands, Globe Telecom, Inc. and Ayala Corporation, combines banking standards and delivery networks with mobile technology platforms within a business framework of social responsibility and suitable development. Its strategic initiatives include the development of innovative products and services, the establishment of a market-oriented ecosystem and the use of alternative low-cost channels of delivery through Gcash technology to break geographical and security barriers often faced by Microfinance Institutions’ (MFIs).
With its mission of expanding its financial services at the base of the pyramid, BPI Globe BankO is currently in need of competent officers and staff for our branch to be in Region VII- Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. We are also opening in the cities of Tacloban, Dipolog, Naga and Lucena.

1. Savings Advocates, Teller and New Accounts Clerk – Graduates of any Business course, with pleasing personality, team player and results-oriented.
2. Field Coordinators- Graduate of any 4-year course, must have at least 1 year experience in community organizing and handling micro-entrepreneurs, team player and results-oriented.
3. Business Development Specialist- Graduate of any 4-years course, must have at least 2 years experience in supervising staff with direct interaction with clients, team player and results- oriented.
4. Accounting Clerks – Must be an Accounting Graduate, fresh graduates are acceptable;
