BAKESHOP TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Not more than 30 years old
• At least college level
• With experience in store operations or related field
• With good communication and leadership skills
• With sales or marketing background
• Proactive, team player and willing to travel

BAKER
Dumaguete City

Responsibilities:

·         Bakery production

·         Maintain High product quality

·         Maintain clean production area

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
• Male/ Female, not more than 35 years old
• With good analytical skills and highly trainable
• Related work experience is a plus.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Dumaguete City

•          Maintain good customer service
