Job Openings and Qualifications:

*******Basic requirements for All programs:
• Finished at least to 2 years in college
• We accept HS graduates provided that they have at least 1 year of work experience (in any industry)
• Has good to excellent English communication Skills (both oral and written)
• Flexible and willing to work graveyard schedule
• Willing to work in Taguig (along Kalayaan Avenue)

*******Customer Service Representative (General)
• At least 6 months of experience handling CSR programs (preferably)
• We also accept people without work experience
• Computer literate
• Fast learner and adaptable to change
• Has problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to handle stress

*******Customer Service Representative for North America & Australia (Financial)
• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience handling a customer service program
• Preferable handled any of the following: Billing, Collections, Sales, Claims or credit cards
• Computer literate
• Fast learner and adaptable to change
• Has problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to handle stress

*******Technical Support Representative (Network Connection – phone, cable & internet)
• Preferable with experience handling Technical Support programs (DSL, VOIP, Network Connection)
• Candidate without experience are welcome to apply, provided they have technical background (BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, etc.)
• We accept HS graduates provided that they have at least 1 year of work experience (in any industry)
• Computer literate
